A super wide-angle lens which uses a molded
aspheric element that provides even illumination across the film plane by preventing light
fall-off. Its floating element system allows it to maintain high resolution and contrast from
infinity to minimum focusing distance. A built-in lens hood virtually eliminates flare and
ghosting, while allowing screw-in filters to be used in the normal manner. This is one of the few ultra-wide angle lenses
available that will work with the RGB metering system on the Nikon F5.
