/ Tokina AT-X 17 AF PRO /
 The AT-X 17 AF PRO lens features the exclusive "Focus Clutch Mechanism", a signature of the
Tokina PRO series lenses, which provides a faster, smoother auto focus operation and a
smooth manual focus action not normally found in today’s auto focus lenses.
An update to the successful AT-X 17 AF, the AT-X 17 AF PRO also features a floating element
auto focus system, an all glass aspherical lens element, and all aluminum lens barrels with a
chrome-plated, brass mount plate. The lens elements are made of higher quality HLD (high
refection, low dispersion) glass for better resolution and contrast.
The filter size has been changed from 72mm to a 77mm filter thread on the AT-X 17 AF PRO. It is
now possible to have Tokina lenses that cover a range from 17mm to 300mm with just one size of
filters.
